PROCESS: Our Mold Assessment (Mold Inspections, Mold Testing & Mold Survey) begin with an interview with the clients of the property or commercial business following up with a thorough visual mold inspection and mold screening/inspection of the interior and exterior of the building. Thereafter, we will be taking indoor air quality testing (IAQ) to identify the root cause and origin of the mold colonies and moisture intrusion that supported the Mold growth.  Our report will contain a complete evaluation of the inside  spaces including mold analyses,  laboratory data breakdown, digital photography, moisture survey and conclusions & recommendations. Our Mold Inspection main office is home-based in The Villages, Florida with two other mold inspection offices in Gainesville, Florida and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
